During April we will be engaging vulnerable customers about the way they use and pay for electricity. We’ll also be asking this customer group about our draft proposals and whether they reflect their needs, as well as the needs of the rest of our customer base. We’re going to present the feedback from these groups in a round-table forum with customer advocates so we can unpack what we’ve heard and how we can best incorporate it into our proposals.
