The Energy Futures Customer Advisory Panel empowers our customer and stakeholders to share insights important to their energy future.
The Energy Futures Customer Advisory Panel has been formed to provide a collaborative platform for our business to discuss and share information of customer interest relating to our regulatory proposals and Tariff Structure Statements.
The panel will bring together diverse views to ensure the outcomes of our decision making meets the needs of customers and our business, and works towards our energy future.
Working closely with panel members, we’ll seek insights into the use, storage and generation of energy – now and into the future. Importantly, we’ll engage the panel to ensure customer and stakeholder views are considered as part of our decisions and areas of influence within the Electricity Distribution Price Review process.
The panel is independently facilitated by Peter Eben of Seed Consulting and meets quarterly. Download a copy of the Terms of Reference or keep updated with meeting outcomes through minutes (that are published below after each meeting).
